Founded by board-certified pediatric specialist Dr. Harneet Grewal, our practice is built for every child — from newborns and toddlers to teens, and especially for children with anxiety, sensory differences, autism, or complex healthcare needs who deserve a dental home that truly gets them. Dr. Harneet Grewal
Dr. Harneet Grewal is an American Board of Pediatric Dentistry-certified specialist with a DDS from UC San Francisco, a pediatric residency from Tufts University, and more than 14 years of experience treating children across the full spectrum of need. Before founding Happy Roots, she served as Clinic Director of the Special Healthcare Needs dental clinic at C.S. Mott Children's Hospital at the University of Michigan, and as Site Program Director of a pediatric dental residency at NYU-Langone in Massachusetts. These are credentials rarely found in a private practice setting. A mom of two herself, Dr. Grewal knows that a child who feels respected will always do better in the chair than one who feels scared, and that philosophy is built into everything at Happy Roots. Ask any of her long-time patients: she might even sing you through it.
